Claire is wearing a set of white flower hair slides [New Look], black mesh shirt with white flower lace [Wallis, from a jumble sale], daisy brooch [charity shop], black button front dress [H&M, from a charity shop], grey topped thermal socks [George at Asda] and white creepers [charity shop].
Covadonga is wearing a zebra-print square scarf [vintage sale].
LBD continues! And this one's even shorter...
It has thin straps and it sits low on my chest, so to solve this possible cause for embarrassment before the situation arises (as the skirt will undoubtedly arise anyway) I wore a shirt over it. As is my wont to co-ordinate, and wear something see-through, I chose my mesh lace shirt, so the nice top of the dress, with it's buttons and curved neckline, was not hidden away. The shirt is also a great length for covering as it finishes just below the waist, unlike most of my shirts which are a) men's and therefore b) as long as this dress.
I clipped my locks back with my new flowered hair slides to keep in with the white flower lace on my shirt. Likewise, as the top button is non-existent on this shirt, I have it all tied up with a daisy brooch. It's nice to have a fabric lightweight brooch to hold things together. Some of clothes are, I guess, quite old and I worry about stabbing hem with so many pinpricks.
