Day Seventy Eight

Claire is wearing a gold leaf necklace [charity shop], burgundy dappled floaty-sleeved t-shirt [New Look], thin denim trousers [charity shop], grey-topped thermal socks [George at Asda] and tan leather boots [Topshop].
Covadonga is wearing a corrugated metal choker (on head) [El Badulake, Spain].

Another day, another mildly poor quality photo, it's the light, not my photography skills, naturally.
Easter Sunday is upon us; I have opened an Easter egg and eaten a hot cross bun already today. I thought about wearing spring colours in keeping with this holiday, but as the weather won't join in (grey cloud cover, again), I shan't either.
My jeans' elasticated waistband will come in handy for the second egg's consumption I am certain. I have also opted for a loose yet flattering t-shirt option. This was an old favourite of mine, I like the speckled colour and the sleeves are nice. They waterfall down the body of the t-shirt, so it looks like I have a rippled fin either side of me, like those exotic fishes in the Mediterranean section of aquariums. Gentle tailoring.
My boots have been upgraded since the bootlace incident. My other Easter gift was a pair of laces, which Timpson's packaging has assured me are 'fashion laces'. Not just any laces. I am now officially, certified fashionable. From the toes up at any rate.
Have a bouncing Easter, stylish chicks!
