Claire is wearing a men's denim shirt [charity shop], black patent leather belt with gold buckle [charity shop], Klimt print on black long skirt [Leeds Kirkgate Market], grey leopard print thermal socks [George at Asda] and tan leather boots [Topshop].
Covadonga is wearing a black and white bandanna.
Off to the workplace today, having enjoyed a half term break as much as the students. I'm doubtful if this is formal enough. But I wanted to wear my skirt again and my shirt was on my chair this morning. And they go together. So here I am.
I have recently started saving an item after I've worn it to wear again a day or two later! I used to just wear the same thing for a few days in a row, I know I still do too, but now I'm putting it aside to reunite later in the week. It's great! I've been informed by my housemates that lots of people do this, but my love of laundry has stopped me previously.
The over-sized shirt and long skirt combo continues well. The belt pulls everything in to stop me looking like a poorly inflated column, especially in the awkward tuck zone, which is situated in a band shape, about 6 inches wide just below the belt. It's where the shirt's hem can look oddly lumpy under the skirt, it can also widen your hips, but bigger hips equals smaller waist, so not all bad!
